Chairman of the Board, Mr Kip McGrath
Kip McGrath co-founded the first Kip McGrath Education Centre in 1974 and has been a Board member since the company was incorporated in 1987. Today, he is responsible for the sale of new Franchises and Master Franchises globally.
Non-Executive Director, Mrs Dugnija McGrath
Dugnija McGrath is Kip McGrath's Education Director and has been a member of the Board since the company was incorporated in 1987. Dugnija co-founded the company with her husband Kip. Today she focuses on the development of new curriculum for the Australian and overseas markets.
Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr Ian Campbell
Ian Campbell has joined the Board after a 30 year career with the international accounting firm, Ernst & Young. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Redox Pty Ltd, a large chemical importer and distributor and is a consultant with the Board search practice at Talent2 Limited.
Non-Executive Director, Mr Joe Ewart
Joe Ewart has been Chief Executive Officer of Editure Limited since 2007 and a member of the Editure board since 2005. He is currently the Chairman of Avatar Academic, Inc. (United States) and was formerly a director of DB Education Services Limited (United Kingdom).
Proir to joining Editure, Mr Ewart worked as an investment banker in the United Stated and Australia. During this time, he was Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Australia and Deutsche Bank Securities.
Non-Executive Director, Mr Richard Ryan
Richard Ryan is currently the Chairman of Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX listed) and Editure Limited. Mr Ryan is the Deputy Chancellor of the Charles Darwin University, a member of the council of Flinders University and is the Governor of the Menzies School of Health Research.
Mr Ryan is a director of the Norhern Territory Treasury Corporation Advisory Board, a member of the Business Council of Australia and Chairman of the South Australian Resources Task Force.
